Applies to all product sales and communications. We reserve the right to update Terms at any time; changes will be effective upon posting.

3. Ordering & Contract Formation
Placing an order is an offer. A contract is formed only when we issue an order confirmation email.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices in EUR/GBP (currency auto-detected). For EU orders, VAT is included. For UK, display accordingly. Payments via Stripe/PayPal; funds captured at dispatch.

5. Delivery
See Shipping Policy for details. Estimated delivery times are indicative only, not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Refunds
Handled per our Refund Policy (see above).

7. Intellectual Property
All content—designs, text, images, trademarks—are our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
We provide products “as is.” Except as required by law, liability is limited to refunding the order price. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Force Majeure
Not liable for delays or failures due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes, customs delays).

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes go to the exclusive jurisdiction of Irish courts.
